The ILEX Group has announced the expansion of its professional services by including strategic growth consulting and talent acquisition solutions provided by ILEX Leadership Associates, LLC, an affiliated company led by Jane-Scott Cantus, Principal Member, who is also General Counsel of The ILEX Group. Ms. Cantus previously established the Virginia offices of two well-known executive search firms: Korn/Ferry International and Christian & Timbers.

With decades of experience in building new lines of revenue and recruiting exceptional talent to businesses and organizations, ILEX Leadership Associates, LLC provides strategic planning and implements tactical solutions in the areas of marketing/business development/sales and in management recruitment to start-up ventures, micro-to-mid cap companies, not-for-profit/associations, and professional services firms.

H. Hollister Cantus, the  founder and CEO of The ILEX Group, will serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board for ILEX Leadership Associates, LLC.  The ILEX Group, a privately-held consulting firm located in McLean, Virginia and founded in 1985, specializes in federal, state and local government marketing and lobbying.
