With over 15 years of experience in the executive recruiting industry, Rochelle brings proven research capabilities to her client base.  Over the course of her research career, she has gained an in-depth understanding of client needs and the resources to find key talent.  She has developed a keen understanding of organizational structures and research techniques that allow her to penetrate companies and uncover key talent that is hidden deep within these organizations.

Rochelle leverages the most up-to-date resources and research techniques, which in turn, provides her clients with access to the best names and contact information available. In addition to name generation, Rochelle also consults to clients and provides on-site research training.

Prior to starting her own contract research firm in 2002, Rochelle had a seven-year career at executive search firm, CT Partners (FKA Christian & Timbers).  She started out as a research associate and quickly became the Director Search Research, where she managed the research department.  She is an accomplished research professional with strong managerial and team building strengths, along with a proven track record of hiring and training exceptional talent.

Rochelle received her Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from Kent State University. She lives in Hudson, OH with her husband Doug and their two daughters, Kathryn & Elizabeth.
