Prior corporate strategic, managerial and business development experience includes Bechtel, Martin Marietta, Morgan Stanley and Fiduciary Trust.

Prior retained management recruitment experience includes Korn/Ferry International and Christian & Timbers, during which time she personally led 75+ C-level searches and completed over 200 assignments. She established both firms' Virginia offices.
